Registration
Registration will take place at Pestana Hotel
on Sep. 15 (Sunday) from 4 pm to 7 pm and on Sep. 16 (Monday) from 7:45 am.
VERY IMPORTANT: For those participants that still have to paid the
registration fee note that it can only be paid at the conference
in cash.
Accompanying Persons
Accompanying persons who wish to take part in the social activities
should pay a fee of R$450. The fee covers the transfer from Augusto Severo
International Airport to Hotel Pestana and back to the airport at the end of
the Workshop, a welcome reception, the workshop dinner and one of the
excursions.
Contributions
All speakers should upload their talk (pdf format is recommended) as soon as
possible on the WIN'13 Indico web site.
Travel Information
All participants will be picked-up at the airport. For that you should
inform JAX Events & Tours of your arrival time and flight info.
In the event of an emergency
the hotel phone number is +55 84 32208900. There will be somebody from the
Organizing Committee at the Hotel from Friday Sep. 13.
Last but not least. Natal is very close to the Equator, so please wear
sunblock at all times!! It is also a good idea to bring a hat.
